AAG Legal

Editorial Policy

This page explains how we put AAG Legal together: where our notices come from, how we check them, and what we do when something changes or goes wrong.

Where our information comes from

Every internship and job notice on AAG Legal starts with the organisation’s own source. That means the official website, notification, advertisement or circular published by the court, regulator, ministry, commission, university or public body. We don’t publish notices based on social media posts, forwarded messages or other aggregator sites.

Each notice links to the official page or PDF so you can read the original yourself.

How we check a notice

  • We read the official notification in full before writing our summary.
  • We take the last date, eligibility, number of posts, pay or stipend and fee directly from that notification. If a detail isn’t printed, we say so instead of guessing.
  • The last date we show is the real last day to apply, as printed by the organisation.
  • Before a notice goes live, we check the official page again to make sure it’s still open.
  • We write summaries in our own words. Where exact wording matters, such as an eligibility rule, we keep it close to the original and link to the source.

Corrections and updates

Organisations sometimes extend dates, change eligibility or issue corrigenda. When we find out about a change, we update the existing page instead of publishing a new one, so there’s only ever one page for each notice.

If you spot a mistake, please tell us through our Contact page and include the page link. We check every report against the official source and fix confirmed errors as soon as we can.

If our summary and the official notice ever differ, the official notice is always right.

Closed notices

When the last date passes, the notice is marked Closed. We keep closed notices on the site as a record, because many organisations repeat the same internship or recruitment every year and readers find past details useful. Closed notices are kept out of search results and our sitemap, and we never present them as open.

Independence

AAG Legal is an independent website. We are not a government website and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any court, ministry, commission or public body whose notices we cover. Names of organisations are used only to identify the notice.

We never charge anyone to read a notice or to apply, and no organisation pays us to list its vacancies. We don’t take applications on anyone’s behalf. Always apply through the official channel linked on each notice.

The articles and notices on this site are general information. They are not legal advice. Please read our Disclaimer for more.
