What the notice says
AP High Court Civil Judge Junior Division 2026 is Notification No. 118/2026 dated 25 September 2026. The online portal on aphc.gov.in is open from 1 October 2026. Last date is 26 October 2026, 11:59 pm. The notice PDF is aphc.gov.in Notification 118/2026. No other mode of application is accepted.
A Civil Judge (Junior Division) is the entry judge in a district court. People also call this post a junior civil judge. You hear cases the law gives to that court, mostly smaller civil disputes and some criminal work, under the High Court. This is a state judicial service job in Andhra Pradesh, not a private-firm seat and not a clerkship. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati is recruiting 119 posts under the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2026.

What the High Court of Andhra Pradesh is recruiting
The High Court runs this selection. The government later appoints people the High Court recommends. Pay scale printed on the notice is Rs 77,840–1,36,520. The High Court can raise or cut the number of posts, or cancel the notification, and it says no right is created only because the notice exists. Centres and later dates go on aphc.gov.in. The notice says no separate letter will be sent for every update, so you have to check the site.
