What the notice says
Applications closed. The last date printed on this notice was 1 October 2026. This page is kept for reference. Do not pay anyone who says they can still file for you.
CCI internship November 2026 follows the standing Competition Commission of India guidelines hosted on cci.gov.in/internship. If you want the November 2026 month, the prescribed form must reach CCI by 1 October 2026 (1st of the preceding month).
CCI is India’s competition regulator under the Competition Act, 2002. Interns sit in New Delhi and work on competition files — not a High Court roster.
What CCI actually does
CCI looks at anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and combinations. The internship exists because Section 49 of the Act asks CCI to do advocacy. Students of law, economics, management and finance are the printed audience.
What kind of seat this is
On-site, New Delhi. Usual duration is one month from the first working day of the month. 2–3 months only with a college recommendation for that longer period. Honorarium printed: ₹15,000 per month. Seats printed on the guidelines: 15 per month.
Who should apply — and who should skip
Apply if you are in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B., or the 4th or final year of a 5-year integrated law course (including students who have taken the 3rd-year exam and are entering 4th year), or you are in LLM, and you can sit in Delhi in November.
Skip if you are in 1st year of 5-year law, if your college will not sign the recommendation, if you cannot be in Delhi, or if a page asks you to pay for a “CCI intern slot”. CCI does not sell seats.

- CCI internship page
- Download the guidelines + annexure from that page before you type.
How to apply without getting played
- Open only cci.gov.in/internship.
- Fill the annexure yourself. Get the recommendation signed.
